Located in Jonathan’s Landing Marina this dock is convenient to the parking lot, bathrooms and laundry facilities and very close to the pool. Well protected this sixty foot slip can hold up to a 56 foot (overall) boat. You may live aboard. Each slip has an electric sub meter which is read every month and invoiced. There are 50 and 30 amp outlets. There are pump-out fittings available to every slip. Cable and telephone connections are available (owners arrange with providers and pay for their own service. Water is available as well as WiFi. AT THE PRESENT TIME THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE AT THE MARINA CAN ONLY ACCOMODATE TWO GENERATORS WHEN PLUGGED IN TO THE MARINA ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.
